Also included in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
